1. The service

Makolek allows a seller to present items in an online catalog and to share a public link. Makolek is not a party to any transaction: no payment is processed by the platform, and exchanges take place directly between the seller and the buyer through the seller’s social networks.

2. Seller’s responsibility

The seller is solely responsible for their content (photos, titles, descriptions, prices), for the compliance of their sales and for respecting the rights of third parties. Makolek may remove any manifestly unlawful content.

3. Account

Registration uses an email address and a password. The address must be confirmed using the link sent by email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The seller may request the deletion of their account and catalogs from “My account”. The terms of data processing are described in the privacy policy.

4. Limitation of liability

Makolek is provided “as is”. We guarantee neither the continuous availability of the service nor any sales made through it.

5. Content and reports

You must hold the necessary rights to the texts and images you publish. Content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or that violates the rights of third parties is prohibited. To report content, send its link and the reasons for the report to contact@makolek.com.
